CAILLE, GALLENTE PRIME — ESTELLAN confirms the appointment of Utherion Estellan as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. He assumes executive authority over the group’s mission-instrumentation activities, applied research, and allocation of operational assets.
The transition follows a process prepared during Utherion Estellan’s capsuleer curriculum. Throughout that period, the group’s operating leadership maintained continuity of business. Existing contractual commitments, family control, and the executive headquarters in Caille are unchanged by the appointment.
ESTELLAN remains a privately held, independent company. Today’s appointment does not represent a change in ownership or a new political, military, or industrial affiliation. Existing relationships with clients, suppliers, and institutional contacts continue under their current arrangements.
RENEWED EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Born in YC95 in Caille, Utherion Estellan studied at the University of Caille before joining AIR and receiving capsuleer certification on YC128.08.21. His appointment brings executive direction, research strategy, and the group’s new capsuleer deployments under a single authority. He will lead this phase progressively, supported by the crews, engineers, and partners whose experience remains essential.
His mandate has three immediate priorities: consolidate the TRACE, VECTOR, and VAULT portfolio, develop a capsuleer capability proportionate to DEEP’s actual requirements, and resume review of the LANTERN archive. These priorities will be pursued progressively. No target for fleet growth, territorial coverage, or operational volume is being announced at this stage.
A NEW CAPSULEER PHASE FOR ESTELLAN DEEP
ESTELLAN DEEP, the group’s Field Operations & Applied Research function, is simultaneously opening a new capsuleer phase. Integrated within ESTELLAN’s structure, it provides direct presence when survey, investigation, recovery, rescue, or technical validation requires a capsuleer platform.
The initial phase will focus on establishing the necessary assets, qualifying operating conditions, and building a usable field record. Utherion Estellan will direct it from the field under ESTELLAN’s authority and risk controls.
DEEP operations will remain subject to the rules applicable in their respective jurisdictions and to the security restrictions of the parties concerned. When conditions require them, protective assets will secure access, crews, data, and recovery. Public information remains limited to established capabilities, declassified operations, and results cleared for release.
This announcement concerns DEEP’s new capsuleer phase. Its field capability will be developed through actual operations and assets genuinely available to the group.
REVIEW OF THE LANTERN ARCHIVE
The group also confirms the review of LANTERN, a historical corpus of measurements, instrument configurations, and interpretations attributed to Serge Estellan’s work from YC113 onward.
The corpus remained in ESTELLAN’s archive without full qualification under current methods. Its review begins with provenance, calibration, applied transformations, and the identification of series that remain comparable. The technical LANTERN file and the file concerning Serge Estellan’s disappearance remain separate; no link between them has been established.
The review begins without presuming any historical interpretation. ESTELLAN will publish its conclusions only when they can be stated with an explicit scope, limitations, and level of confidence.
CONTINUITY OF THE GROUP
ESTELLAN will continue from Caille to design, integrate, calibrate, and validate precision mission instrumentation. TRACE observes, VECTOR correlates, and VAULT preserves within qualified platform architectures. Management anticipates no interruption to existing services.
Separate communications will be issued when the opening of a capability, the conclusion of an operation, or a development within LANTERN is of sufficient institutional relevance. Until then, established contacts will retain their existing channels to the group.
