A network of qualified suppliers and orbital facilities provides specialist components, heavy assembly, and production runs. ESTELLAN retains control of design, integration, and acceptance.

ESTELLAN DEEP brings together the company’s field operations and applied research. Its teams conduct surveys, investigations, recoveries, rescues, and technical validations under conditions a laboratory cannot fully reproduce.
When conditions require it, armed capability protects access, teams, data, and recovery. Every engagement remains subordinate to the mission’s technical or humanitarian objective.

ESTELLAN is a privately held company controlled by the Estellan family. Utherion controls the family voting rights and exercises full executive authority.
This short structure connects management directly to the engineering, research, and operations teams, and to the commitments made to its clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Chief Executive Officer
Born in Caille in YC95, Utherion Estellan studied at the University of Caille before joining AIR. Certified as a capsuleer on YC128.08.21, he became ESTELLAN’s Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder.
He leads DEEP’s initial capsuleer operations through a progressive capability build-up documented mission by mission.

Head of Economic Operations
Aurelie Lestel leads ESTELLAN’s economic dimension: procurement, contracts, resource flow, and the material support of field operations.
A capsuleer operating under ESTELLAN’s mandate, she reports her activity under the same rules as the rest of the group — what is measured is recorded, what is published is reviewed.

Reported missing since YC116
Serge Estellan founded the company in Caille in YC88. A selection of his surviving instrument archives has been under review since YC128 under the internal LANTERN designation.
He disappeared in YC116 under unresolved circumstances. His final destination, the precise subject of his last work, and any third-party involvement have not been established.
