Born in Caille in YC95, Utherion Estellan studied at the University of Caille before joining AIR. Certified as a capsuleer on YC128.08.21, he became ESTELLAN’s Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder. He leads DEEP’s initial capsuleer operations through a progressive capability build-up documented mission by mission.

SERGE ESTELLANSerge Estellan
Founder of ESTELLAN, Serge Estellan established the group’s culture of calibration, traceability, and measurement integrity. Several instrument works preserved in the LANTERN corpus are attributed to him. He has been missing since YC116 under unresolved circumstances; his final destination and the precise purpose of his last work have not been established.
